Story
The PV Palooza Summer Music Festival is organized by PV Palooza Foundation, a volunteer organization founded in 2024 and registered as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt private foundation .

The first two years of the festival, in 2022 and 2023, were organized by the Portola Valley Cultural Arts Committee (CAC), chaired by John Badger, the founder of the event. The PV Palooza Foundation thanks the members of the CAC and the Portola Valley Town Staff for their hard work during the first years in creating a successful roadmap for producing the event

PV Palooza Foundation is a not affiliated with the Town of Portola Valley. However, the town fully endorses the event, provides the facilities for the event venue and is a platinum sponsor.
